Who am I?
I’m 54, been married for 25 years and have two children, a Son 23 and a Daughter 20. I grew up in England, Singapore and Malta. My passion for psychology has been lifelong and began with a degree in European thought.
I spent years in leisure and consulting, including 10 years in Sydney Australia, where my husband and I founded and grew a business. It was at this time that we invested in coaching which transformed our lives and I experienced the power of a great coach!
After selling our Company and returning to England I decided to fully focus on my lifelong passion for psychology. I then spent years studying to be a Mental Wellbeing Coach.
My studies, life’s considerable challenges and my beliefs have consistently taught me the power of our thoughts, mindset, behaviours and habits. I am now totally inspired and driven by making a lasting positive difference to peoples lives.
