Who am I?

Hello, I’m Cathy Pearce.

I’m 54, been married for 25 years and have two children, a Son 23 and a Daughter 20. I grew up in England, Singapore and Malta. My passion for psychology has been lifelong and began with a degree in European thought.

I spent years in leisure and consulting, including 10 years in Sydney Australia, where my husband and I founded and grew a business. It was at this time that we invested in coaching which transformed our lives and I experienced the power of a great coach!

After selling our Company and returning to England I decided to fully focus on my lifelong passion for psychology. I then spent years studying to be a Mental Wellbeing Coach. My studies, life’s challenges and my beliefs have consistently taught me the power of our thoughts, mindset, behaviours and habits.

I am now totally inspired and driven by making a lasting positive difference to peoples lives.

WE’LL THEN BOOK YOUR EXPLORATORY SESSION

We’ll start with a 90 minute Exploratory Session. During this Session we’ll talk through your challenges, your goals and answer any questions you may have about the Coaching process. This Session and subsequent Sessions cost just £50 and can either be face to face in my dedicated Garden Room near Southwell, Nottinghamshire, NG14 7FW or online.

FURTHER SESSIONS COMPLETELY TAILORED TO YOUR NEEDS

We’ll work together to completely tailor each subsequent 70 minute Session to best meet your needs. This tailored approach will help you explore, understand and ultimately overcome your emotional and behavioural challenges to create positive lasting change! I can offer weekly, fortnightly or monthly Coaching Sessions.
